losing fat in certain areas I'm trying to lose fat in my thighs, bottom part of my legs, and the bottom part of my stomache. I'm not fat at all, like i weigh 110 and i'm 5' 3" so its normal but i just want to lose that access fat. So what are some ways I could do that? What excercises could I do? Thanks in advance!
