13/f and looking for some fitness advice

Question Posted Friday February 24 2006, 9:47 pm

I am quite small and don't have much fat on my body. I weigh 90 pounds and i'm about 4' 10.5'' I have very muscualar legs, arms, and shoulders. My problem area: my lower stomache. I have a minor pot belly. YUCKKK!

I'm in 7th grade and have a really busy schedule. The only time i could fit in some excercise would be when i get home from school, but im usually famished and need some rest. I'm not fat and i will never think that EVER no matter what. I accept who I am completely, but I do think staying healthy is important. I need help motivating myself to leg lifts and that crap. i don't like it! It hurts! What can i do to motviate myself and fit in an excersise schedule?

i like these sayings--

if you find time to eat, you'll find time to exercise

&& if theirs a will theres a way

maybe waking up earlier?

alot of times exercise waken's you

maybe walking after school or before school or walkign home..

and as far as the ''pot belly'' i'd do like pilates.

but if theres fat, then run

sry thats all i gots

Do it before you go to bed, even if its for like 10 minutes. At least you attempted? And you will make your esteem higher for just putting the effort in

You seem really thin and I wouldn't see why you would really want to excersise. Eat healthy. Carrots, brocolli (I know: YUCK!), fruit...All of these things are great foods that with a few good cooking tips you could make into a cool snack that's delicous and healthy. Use your weekends to excersise. Tell your friends that you have a minor problem with your excersising habits and ask them if they will work out with you, and if they do, you'll know that that they're good friends. I think that this is all I can help you with. Good luck though! =)
