is there any type of excerisce that i can do, to make my breast look smaller. i wear a 36b wha can i do to make them look smaller, and i dnt have a bunch of money so plz dont tell me breast reduction. are there any pills or lotions or something that i can use, plz help asap

im currently at about 140. if i do 200 jumping jacks and 100 sit ups every night, what's a resonable amount of weight i can lose in about a month, maybe two? plus im drinking a lot of water all during the day. any tips?

running a mile

I currently can do a mile in a little over 10 minutes. how can i get this down to like 8 minutes or less for track??

treadmill vs track

Ok, at the track its four laps=one mile. i can do that easily in 10 minutes, slowly jogging.
on the treadmill, i can 'jog' a mile for 15 minutes. and thts a slow jog.

In order to run it in 10 minutes on the treadmill, i'd have to go on 6mph and thats really fast. i'd really like to know if the mile is actually the same distance bc i really do'nt think it is.

ok, well im 5'4" and 101-102 lbs. I'm so sick of people callign me anerexic and bulemic <sp>. I feel so low abou myself. I eat SO much and in my eyes, I'm average. What is the average weight for a 14 year old 8th gader whose 5'4"? Am I ok w/ the weight that i am, I mean I eat so much, dont' do sports, and like never exercise, I'm liek naturally fit. Shoudl I gain weight?

ever since ive been starting this diet i have been getting really bad stomach pains (not like period) but it hurts..this is my diet::

Day 1-eat a lot of food. everything i can. then i eat so much it makes me throw up..!
Day 2-eat nothing.at all..

Okay. I was supposed to get my period at..eh..around the 20 of last month. obviously i haven't. :( and i'm a bit confused why.

I'm NOT sexually active, nor have I ever had sex.
I'm 13.
But I can't say that defensivley because there are many people my age sexually active.

I just got over being sick..could that effect it?

I run track, I try to eat healthy, I do sit ups but I need abs, well some of this fat into muscle. I need it in less than 20 days. I dont have any equipment and can't buy anything. Can someone help me please. ASAP

I need help with a diet that is quick, easy, and exercise that I can do every day. I go to school, come home, go to work till 6:30 come home and do homework. Also I have a 8 month old son. So my schedule is already packed pretty tight. Is there anything I can do??? HELP!!! I weigh like 200 lbs. and im 5'6. HELP!

Okay. I've had my period on a regular cycle for a little over a year and a half. This week, it came a little earlier than usual, but sometimes its a few days off. Anyway, it started three days ago, and until this morning it had been really light. For half of today it had been regular, then started being light again around 12:00. I don't think anything's wrong, but this hasn't ever happend before and i just wanted to check. Will it be longer since it's lighter or will it be the same length?

Okay, so I'm 15 and for all my life I've been really really thin. I'm also short so that's why I don;t weigh too much. Well over the summer, I was weighed and measured and I was 4'11" and 93 pounds. Well I also have a REALLY fast metabolism and I don't exactly eat too healthy. I've noticed lately that my thighs and stomach are starting to get bigger than I want them to be. Can someone tell me some good excercise techniques and good diets to keep me skinny? I could really use the help!
