i definitley have that triceps jiggle going on..im pretty thin all over, but ive got the jiggle going on...any advice on how to seriuosly firm up without weights?

You can all the yoga you want but without resistance training no muscle will be built. Before things get firmed and toned up they need to be built up. If you want want to use weights (which are the best) close grip push ups are the best for targeting the triceps...the closer you bring your hands in- the more stress is put upon the tri's.
