ok well what i did was i watched like fit tv. i dont know what channel it is by you but i really liked the show all star workouts. they were really fun and motivative. also talk to a friend about it mabey go walking or running with your friend me and my friend do it all the time, the other person helps to keep you going. also visualize yourself and how you want to look and then it will help you reach your goal quicker. hope i helped. if you have any other questions you can always im me.

first of all, set managable goals for yourself (not too much at a time) so that it's attainable. then, give yourself non-food rewards when you reach each goal. for example, say your goal is to loose 6 pounds by May, and if you reach the goal, buy yourself a cutee skirt or something that you like. also, buy yourself a bathing suit and tell yourself how comfortable & good you'll look in it once you loose your weight. once you start loosing weight, its a motivator in itself, so the tough part is getting started =] good luck! _drop one in my inbox if you need any more help.

If you're into sports, then pick a sport you like and practice all the time... its a double +. Or you can, like someone else said before, buy a cute skirt or swimsuit and don't wear it until you fit into it.

Motivation? Do what I did... buy a new bathing suit, or a really cute outfit, and set a rule for yourself; you can't wear it till you lose the weight you want to lose. Set a reasonable goal for yourself though, don't make it unattainable.

like the person below me said, yoga works. or if you wanted to you could cut pictures out of a magazine of people that you wanna look like & when you work out look at them. sounds crazy but it works for me.
