Some people store fat more readily on certain parts of their body, but you cannot get rid of fat in one particular place, just all over at once. Running is the best, and try to eat right. This doesn't mean a special diet or eating alot of salad, just try and have food from all the food groups, and stay away from processed foods. Also, stop when you're not hungry anymore, instead of waiting for a full feeling. [ badmammajamma's advice column | Ask badmammajamma A Question ]

If you drink soda on a daily bases scientists have discovered if you stop drinking soda you can lose up to 5-7 pounds a week, yes thats how bad it is for you.
And the main areas soda goes is to your thighs and stomach so that may help kickstart your weightloss plan.
Now, exercising is a must. I recommend running it'll help your thighs, calves, and stomach. Crunches and situps, 6Inches, wall sits, will all help your stomach and legs. You need to keep a daily routine to lose ( and continue to lose) wight off these areas.

When you run, you are excercising your leg muscles too, so that should help your thighs. If you run, it gives you more energy and relieves stress too... which totally helps throughout the day. I do situps, too. If you do it enough, it should make you skinnier. I try to do 50 normal situps, and then 25 to the side. It really helps a lot. Oh, and remember, when you have sore muscles, it means that you are using muscles that you don't normally use, so that's a good thing. But always remember to stretch before you run...trust me! Hope I Helped!
