ok well im 13/f im 5'1 and i weight 132 i want to weight 120 can you tell me everything i need to do like tell me every exercise and for how long i need to do them and all the stuff i need too eat and how much,,, and can you tell me what the exercises/food will do and how long it will take me to lose weight.. do ya no what i mean? well belive me i rate 5s no matter what!

You should start limiting how much calories you eat, in order to lose weight I think you should eat betwen 1500 to 2000 calories a day I'm not sure, google it up. And start exercising, start joging or just walking, but you have to do it every day. Start eating healthy food: nothing deep fried or with a lot of fat no sweet drinks like coca-cola.

Ive been with my guy for 8 months. We went camping with his family for 2 days. One of his cousins was there. And i felt like he total ignored me when we where around his family (he paid more attetion to his femal cousin) It made me feel like a third wheel. ex He would talk right past me and not include me at all in any discussions he had with her. i just felt like i was a tag along. And he sees this cousine all the time. how do i aproach this subject with out sounding needy.It really bothered me. (link)

In order not to sound needy tell him that you don't like it that he invited you to camp with his family and then he left you by yourself and was always with his cousine. Just tell him that there was sometin wron with what he did.

1: Guys don't think that they are strnger then women, I think that because of the way women are built diffrently then men and it's not always true I know a girl that no guy wants to mess with
2: It's beacuse guys are afried to hurt your feelings, but again not all of them maybe the guys who told you that just don't see you more then a friend
3: To tell you the truth gusy don't think that, well most of them don't. Most believe that that women has control over them.

I did exactly the same thing, I told a friend of mine that fell for her and after that we couldn't look at each ather for a few days and all I had to do was to call her and after that we desided to meat and talk face to face, I think that is what you should do, call hin send him an sms or an e-mail, remember: no metter what you should talk and you have to let hin know that what you told him is what you really feel, and for the part he's avoiding you it could be a few things or he likes you to and he is afreid of hus feelings or it wasn't a really good time tell him that, maybe he is going through a lot now and this just made things worse.
And everything cames back to this: you have to talk to him.

My boyfriend lives about an hour and a half away so I stay over there a lot. He won't stay at mine. It really annoys me when my boyfriend goes out all day so I'm stuck at his with nothing to do because I can't get home. The other day we were arguing about it when his mam said to me, "I'm not butting in, but it's give and take in a relationship." What does that saying mean? And what does she mean when she says that? Because to me it seems like I do all the giving by going all that way to see him and he does all the taking by ditching me to do something else, but she was supposedly standing up for her son? (link)

I think she meant that you are the only one who is trying to make this relaionship work so you give and give , and your boyfriend does nothing for you. That not right, it's not suppose to be this way, both of you have to make you relationship work, you both have to put in an effort
And no I don't think she was standing up for her son but she was telling you that what he's doing is wrong

pratice stuff that will help you with your running, or example try doing sprints try doing something called 16-60, it's used for trainin in basketball, and it means that you ave to run from side line to side line, on a basketball court, 16 times in 60 sec and if you don't make it you do it again even more try just playing basketball, i have a friend who plays basketball and his like in mad shape he ran 2000 meters in 7 min and 24 sec or try to go swiming.

i moved from my home-city to live with my sister for 6 months now, im moving back home in a couple of months. i miss my ex we didn't date long but i know something was there for sure. and i can't seem to let that go. so am i just like obsessed with him or what? i miss him. :( hes so perfect. and i don't think anyone can love him more than i can. i wanna talk to him so bad but im afraid its gonna be awkard like last time. sometimes it seems like hes talking about me when hes online and leaves messages. i don't want to get my hopes up. what should i do? i wanna get over this guy! hes taking up too much space in my heart! If you wanna get over him try focusing on something else but him.
If you have a hobby try to consentraite on that. You can start a new hobby.You can find another guy to date (use this ony as a last resort- I'm in love with a girl & somebody told me to try in find someone else, lets just say it didn't turned up to good).
You can even consentrate more on your work or studies.

What I think you should do is to talk to him and ask him if he has feelings for her and if he has feelings for you, and on you sholud act according to what he will say, if he will say that he has no feeling for her-go for it and if he has any feelings for her try not to push him to any thing because you might scare him away and back to his girlfriend

a friend of mine was 160c'm high and weighed about 65kg and he looked fat
he signed up to a gym and after about 2-3 months
