OK, I am sorry but I needed to comment on this...what pootietang said was completely wrong and such a horrible thing to say...please disregard their advice...

And as for what to do haloguy was saying the right thing...especially about eating breakfast...but really you sound like you are the perfect weight already...

DONT LISTEN TO THAT PERSONS ADVICE!!
Not eating can actually make you gain fat, and although at first it may seem you're getting thinner, you are simply losing muscle mass. When your body doesn't get any food it stores fat, thinking that you are without a source of food and it needs to store nutrients. It's important to eat every meal of every day. The healthiest way to lose weight is to exercise regularly (it seems you've already got that down with the running) and to eat a large breakfast to start your metabolism. If you eat a large breakfast, your metabolism will start (this means your body will immediately start burning calories and fat on its own early in the day). A regular sized lunch is healthy, and a SMALL dinner. I know it sounds strange, but eating a large breakfast and a small dinner is the healthiest thing to do. Oh, and one more thing. You are 14, 5'6" and weigh only 118? That means you're average, so don't go worrying too much about losing weight, although it never hurts to improve on your health.

(please dont rate low. this works for me so deal with it)

Don't eat breakfast, lunch. or snacks. On weekends, however, you can eat lunch.

Drink anything you want whenever you want.

So basically, drink whatever whenever (except coke floats and the like) and only eat dinner. This helps me lose up to 5 pounds a day! Adding more excercise helps.

If you only lose one pound and not 5, or maybe don't lose any weight at all, it takes time. Sometimes I have to do it two days in a row in order to start seeing results.

RATE: All the cool kids are doing it.
