Okay, so I'm 15 and for all my life I've been really really thin. I'm also short so that's why I don;t weigh too much. Well over the summer, I was weighed and measured and I was 4'11" and 93 pounds. Well I also have a REALLY fast metabolism and I don't exactly eat too healthy. I've noticed lately that my thighs and stomach are starting to get bigger than I want them to be. Can someone tell me some good excercise techniques and good diets to keep me skinny? I could really use the help!

DancinCutie08 answered Friday March 31 2006, 9:16 am: well you need to start eating better... it happens to everyone and you have been lucky its hit you late.. your matobolism is slowing down. basically if you start eating right and don't sit around all day on the comp you should have no problem controlling your weight. if you are truelly worried start going out walking or jogging and maybe taking up something as simple as yoga [ DancinCutie08's advice column | Ask DancinCutie08 A Question ]
