my friend is doing a 300 cal a day diet and exercises off the other cals she eats. and i know its bad but really i see her loosing weight and i am very jealous and i want to try it. could anyone give me more information on the out come.

I have my 8th grade graduation on june 15th.we have to wear dresses, and i want to loss weight so i can look really good in my dress.im about 5'4, 180 pounds, so im quite overweight.i want to try to loose a lot of weight before then, like a noticable amount.im also going to be leaving my middle school and going to the highschool, so i want to loss weight before then to wow everyone before we go off to highschool.
i cant really "diet" that much,because my mom buys the food for my house,but does anyone have any ways to loss weight fast?like excersize suggestions or something?i have a Tony Little Gazelle Edge Fitness System, and i play softball on a team 2 days a week(wednesday and sunday), if that helps any.

okay well im really not scared of sports i love sports...but im scared of the subect sports in school! and i dont know why maby its because of my teacher and also because were doing stuff i totally cant do..like loopings in the air whatever and people always tell me: i also cant do it but just try it... and how should i try to do a looping in the air like duuuhhh i totally dont know how and by the way many people got hurt..and im reeeaalllyy scared all the time...like the night before thursday (thats the day we have sports) i totally get nightmares like i end up in a hospital or something! and my teacher always forces me to do stuff i hate...and she's also really mean to me she said if i dont move i get even fatter then i am..and im sooo n...

On May 17th, is a banquet, I have been waiting for this for quite awhile now. Ok the dress is a size 6, when I first bought it, it fit perfectly now, my stomach is a little pudgy, I NEED HELP FAST!. What can I do to make it go down. What should I help. Please help, it's in 2 weeks. Thank u,n 5's for anything useful. Please dont come at me with going to a gym because I cant get to one. ok...im 16 years old and ive always dreamed of being a model...im willing to work really hard to reach my goal but i would like to lose some weight first. im not what you would call fat cause im 5'6 and 130 pounds but i know that thats not good enough. does anyone have any good ideas on a workout or something to help me lose some weight? im willing to work as much as it will take. any type of advice is appreciated.

i have a little pot belly nothing big just a little one i have been doing 60 legs lifts a day and everytime i did it i felt the musells in my stomach get tighter.. but the thing is that doing that exercise was making my stomach fatter so i stopped doing them and i realized that my bellly has gotten flatter when i stopped doing them.. i kno that may not sound normal but why did it do that? is there something wrong with me?

how do you flatten your stomach out? im trying to eat better and doing lemon squeezes(if you know what they are) but its just not working. i have muscle at the top, but then a little above my belly button its all ..not musclely. lol uuh are there way to flatten it out by summer?

my legs are pretty muscular from track, except at the top on the insideits all...blah lol. its sooo annoying it like, doesnt go away. its the kind that you can only notice if you're wearing a bathing suit or underwear..you know, at the very top? well anyway, how do you get rid of it? i know eating right....just what are excercises ? hopefully that'll work by summer.

my ribs stick out and i don't like how it looks, so how can i gain more weight there? or is there any exercises i can do to tone that area? because its like skinny up there but a little wider as you go down so it looks weird lol. and i just want my ribs to not show up as much. what can i do to fix that?
