It follows that, apart from what you eat, doing a full body workout is far more beneficial than specific exercises. Mind you, Im not saying doing funky crunches or whatever is bad, building a bit of muscle will tighten you up a bit. However, the key here is to reduce your overall bodyfat percentage. Thats pretty much down to exercise in general, and diet.
xEVYx answered Sunday April 30 2006, 11:45 pm: You can't choose where the fat accumulates on your body, and you can't choose where or how quickly it will come off. If you have a healthy diet and a good cardiovascular exercise it will help them go away, along with any other body fat you may have.
