losing weight i always find myself wanting to lose some weight, but never actually taking the steps to do it, what are some ways to lose weight in your arms, stomach & theighs?

Go to your local gym, they will have a program there where they assess your health and body type and tell you the right excersises to do to suit your body. Mostly cardio will do the trick. ]
You have to eat healthy and excersize as well.
ARMS- life like weight but as much as you can and do it a couple of times a week..
STOMACH- do crunch ups, sit ups.
