I would not eat Mc Donald's Salad because they can still have a lot of sugar (which can turn into fat) In the documentry Super Size Me, it says that only 7 items on the menu don't have sugar, and salad wasn't one of them. Doing crunches and eating right will help. If you don't lose enough weight in time, then I would use that underwear one person was talking about.

I advise detoxing. Drink plenty of fruit juice and eat 5 portions of fruit and vegetables every day. Cut out meat, dairy, wheat, gluten and processed sugar from your diet. Try drinking a glass of hot water with a glass of fresh water squeezed into it every morning. This will flush your system through and get rid of any built up waste and fluid retention.

Exercises such as stomach crunches should help.

That link should help.

A combination of both should be the most effective method. Don't overwork or starve yourself, as you will only feel tired, achey and close to fainting when you go to your prom.

Try running or jogging around the block. It does wonders.

Spanx, or other tummy sucker in underwear will help. It also gets rid of VPL, and makes your clothes lay smoother. Oprah wears Spanx so you know they have to be good.

You could try jogging, and doing crunches for the next two weeks, and drinking lots of water, but I don't know how effective they'll be in the limited time. Underwear like Spanx are a good investment though, you'll wear them under every formal outfit.
