ribs stick out my ribs stick out and i don't like how it looks, so how can i gain more weight there? or is there any exercises i can do to tone that area? because its like skinny up there but a little wider as you go down so it looks weird lol. and i just want my ribs to not show up as much. what can i do to fix that?

hey, my ribs stick out on the sides only. sometimes theres nothing that you can do about it. some people are just born like tat. cause i eat ALOT and im stick skinny and the sdies of my ribs stick out. try eating more tho to see if it helps. cait&harts; ]
Eat more, and do the exercises to tone up your stomach, so that doesn't get bigger. ]
Just eat a little more. Don't completely pig out on junk food, but instead have a second helping of carrots at dinner ect. I have that same problem. If you want, you can wear a t-shirt while you swim. Don't worry, you'll gain weight to cover up your ribs. ]
well i don't really know how to gain more weight by your ribs without gaining it in your stomach also. you might want to talk to your mom or a doctor about it. because having your ribs stick out isn't very attractive.
