my ribs stick out and i don't like how it looks, so how can i gain more weight there? or is there any exercises i can do to tone that area? because its like skinny up there but a little wider as you go down so it looks weird lol. and i just want my ribs to not show up as much. what can i do to fix that?
advice_me answered Sunday April 30 2006, 12:53 pm: Just eat a little more. Don't completely pig out on junk food, but instead have a second helping of carrots at dinner ect. I have that same problem.
