Period Problems

I have had a regulated period for the last year or two, and have recently come across a problem regarding it. In July of 2009, my period stopped. I got signs that it might be coming, but it never did. In December of 09, I finally thought I was going to get it and I never did. Instead, I started spotting. I would get times where I would bleed (so I would assume it was my period), but then the bleeding would stop later in the day. This has been going on for the past month.
I don't know what to do. I can't really see a doctor because my dad's health insurance dropped me, and I was recently let go from my job. My boyfriend and I are in debt, so neither of us could really pay for a doctor's appointment. (His d...

Food that helps you poop

Ok I am just going to be blunt with this whole thing. I am constipated and I haven't been able to poop for almost a week now. I usually poop at once every two days or so. I am really unhappy and it's making me feel AWFUL! I have sat on the toilet for a long time trying but am unable to just do it.
Please, help me! What food helps you poop? And what makes you constipated anyway so I can try to avoid that again?

my bf is getting overweight

okay so my boyfriend and i have been with eachother for almost a year now, were juniors in highschool when we started going out he was average weight i guess for his height which is like 6'1? and now its been a year and his weight is increasing. his parents wont let him join a gym and its kinda cold to run outside plus idt he has the motivation. i cant really get him to change his eating habits because hes really kinda stubborn. he might do baseball in the spring but idk if that will help. and plus hes getting self concious about it. i want to help him but i dont want to make it like i wont love him anymore bc of it bc its completley not true i just dont want him to get down about it. and i dont want it to make it like im making fun of him...

credit hours + housing

im a freshman at a large university. last semester i took 16 credit hours but BS'ed around and got off to a really bad start and failed 2 classes, which is awful considering i graduated highschool with honors. this semester im turning over a whole new leaf and am ready to do what i have to do to get at least a 3.0 this semester if not a 4.0 and i know i can do it if i stay focused. at my school, freshman are required to live on campus in the dorms. 2 of my friends and i are looking at apartments for next year and are getting ready to sign our lease in the next couple of weeks. however, because i failed those 2 classes last semester i won't have earned 30 hours by the end of the semester so technically i won't be considered a sophomore. does...

so me and my boyfriend have been together for only a month now but our relationship is undescribable. he is the most amazing guy i have ever met and we click so well.. he is the male version of me. we dont get to see each other much because he is the in the army but when we do we have the most amazing time together and when we arent together we are always talking. problem is he failed a drug test so he is getting kicked out of the army in a month and is going through punishment which is working all day everday basically. we know we prob wont be able to see each other til he is done maybe once for a little before hes kicked out.. but he got arrested last night. he couldnt show up to work and so he is in even more trouble. the army might send...

I've always been very picky about who I would want to date and wanted to make sure it was someone I could really have a real relationship with. I never wanted to date just to date and I never dated anyone until January last year. My boyfriend was the first guy I went on a date with, my first kiss, and various other firsts. We've been together a year now and are absolutely perfect for each other. We're already thinking and planning our future life together and I already know that when the time comes for him to pop the question I will say yes.

I don't have a best friend?

This is kinda random-but I've come to realize i really don't have a best friend?- I used to have one,from when i was 3 up until about 3 years ago (she's older, going to college,working-ect)and we've just grown apart. So lately i've been looking around a noticing- everyone has a best friend. I sort of feel like i've missed my chance at getting that title, because i'm 16 and usually your best friend's the one you've known since you were little,you know? I really have no one, i mean i have awesome close close friends-but none that i'd really consider that one best friend-anymore. Am I alone in this? Am I..missing something? I guess it's got me feeling kind of down XD.

ok so my boyfriend fingered me the other day
hes done it before usually one or two fingers..im really tight.

So, theres this guy.. he is only in one of my classes this semester, but i've known him forever. I don't have a crush on him or anything, but hes a cool guy to just hang out with. He is the kind of person who would pick up my binder if I dropped it, make a joke to make someone smile, or help me with an assignment if I asked him. Otherwise, he is pretty quiet at school. ok im a fourteen year old girl and i need to find a good alternative school and or a good homeschooling kind of program. i hate the public school where i live and i want to move to my moms so i want to find a good alternative school. If you put down the kirchner st school or ninth grade center, its of no use because ive already looked at those so dont waste my time. Okay, so I got a facebook at the end of November. I totally DO NOT get the point of it. Especially adding friends. I have a bunch of invites from friends, but I don't know many of them or have never talked with them through my whole entire school career. It's really weird, because even if I do accept their friend invites we never talk in school or on facebook. I have 47 people who have asked me to be their friend, but I don't talk with them or I've never seen them, but know that they go to my school because of their name, and my school is fairly small comparatively speaking.
