K so i have been dieting for like 3 months and have lost no weight and then after 2 months i realized just dieting wasnt going to work so i started exercising for 20-30mins a day early morning too plus a diet where im eating an egg sandwhich with green tea for breakfast then for lunch i have whole wheat cheerios with a bowl of grapes and for dinner a plain baked potatoe or weight control oatmeal and then i walk my dog and then by 10pm im in bed and ive been doing this for 2 weeks and havent seen any difference on the scale but ive seen a little difference in appearance but i want my weight to go down and it just wont why is it not working. BTW because i cant leave the house early morning by myself i run up and down the stairs in my house for about 20-30mins for 6 days a week.

Left Temple

I've gotten headaches basically for 4 years straight now, and I'm pretty sure it's from stress. I got my eyes checked and they're 20/20 but my left eye has been slightly more blurry than my right lately. A few months ago I had a couple sharp pains in the left side of my head for about 2 days. They were off and on.
I don't know why I did this but one day I was feeling my temples and noticed they're slightly different (inside?). My left temple seems to be lumpier inside, and my right is more smooth-feeling inside. I don't know if this is good or bad? The lump doesn't hurt, and it doesn't show from the outside .. could it be anything bad? After checking just now, the right side has the same feeling...

I've never had an amazing relationship with my mum. She makes me feel useless and stupid, yet she treats my older brother like royalty! He can swear all he wants at her, she just laughs it off and I get moaned at for doing nothing!
When we were younger it was the same. I always got in trouble, even when it was my brother who caused it. I've been thinking recently and trying to figure out what triggered it. I don't remember hardly any of my childhood, but I remembered my mum hitting me a few times, it makes me feel so bad saying it out loud because it wasn't exactly the worse case of child abuse and I do love my mum, of course I do, but we've never had an open relationship. really depressed

i'm 17/f and i've been suffering from depression for a while now. sometimes its insufferable, and sometimes its a little better. but it doesnt stay good for long. everytime i turn around, i find something to be upset about. and it lingers. if anyone has read "new moon", then you'll know what i mean when i say i feel like there is a huge hole in my chest. its killing me, and i dont know what to do. i cant seem to find the positive in anything anymore. my parents wont get me help unless i tell them whats wrong, and they just wouldnt understand, or they'll pass it off as hormones. my friends cant help because they'll only pity me or attempt to give me advice, but only end up making me sound pathetic. i can't keep going on pretending ...

I've caught myself waking up fondling myself. I did read in a magazine that women can have wet dreams and I'm sure I've done that. But what bothers me is waking up with my hand in my bra. I've been to so many doctors I don't want to add a shrink to that list, so can someone please help this confused female?

i've been with my boyfriend for a year now. we are deeply inlove, but we have a problem. he has a way stronger sex drive then i do which causes fights and tension. he has agreed to calm down with his as long as i improve mine. i have no idea how to do this. i heard certain scents might work and to just relax before hand. i'm sexually attracted to him and when i do get in the mood i think about him. we both have rough work schedules so we don't see eachother as much as we would like but when we do see eachother, i want to make it as special as possible. so any tips on how to get into the mood more often would be great lol thanks!

Why do birthdays suck so bad?

Today is my 16th birthday and its just disappointing. I dont like telling people its my birthday cause then they'll be like "oh, happy birthday!" I mean even if they didnt know its not like its going to make me feel better because if you didn't say it after I just told you its my bday then it would be awkward. It only feels good when you don't tell people, and they remember. That feels really good. Or maybe I'd say it in advance.. or they look at my facebook if they really give 2 shits about me for when my birthday is. 14 Year Old Son Sex

My wife and I recently can home from out to dinner and found my 14 year old son and his 14 year old girl friend in the family room on the floor having sex. To be honest we did not come in on them for about 5 minutes because we went straight to our room and kept hearing "something" and finally went out and there they were completly naked and had obviously been active for at least all of the time we were there - and for a while before. There were two used condoms on the floor and my son was using a third.

Hello. I have a very difficult situation and want to remain anonymous please.
I am a 26 year old very devoted Muslim (my father was American Indian and my mother Jordanian). I am married with 2 beautiful girls and a wonderful husband. He works in IT and I am a stay at home mom who is on the internet much too often.

16/f Okay soooo my vagina has been itching for the last id say 3 days. i guess its slightly irritated too but there is no burning or pain or anything and its not swollen. the itching, btw, is like around the entrance to the inside and sort of in the inside, so its not from shaving or hair coming in or anything. i have no change is discharge either. i know itching is related to a yeast infection but i dont have any other symptoms. is it a different type of infection or is this just the beginning of a yeast infection and the other symptoms will probably come later? if so, id like to start on medicine as soon as i could so it goes away! please help!

i'm not positive with what i want to do with my life yet, but one of my dream jobs would be to start up a business like a record label or a talent agency type thing. (entertainment business is where i want to be at probably)
so if i wanted to do that, would i be a management major? i'd probably have to minor in something related to what i want to do, but will management get me where i want to be?
