Is it a Yeast Infection? Please Help...!
16/f Okay soooo my vagina has been itching for the last id say 3 days. i guess its slightly irritated too but there is no burning or pain or anything and its not swollen. the itching, btw, is like around the entrance to the inside and sort of in the inside, so its not from shaving or hair coming in or anything. i have no change is discharge either. i know itching is related to a yeast infection but i dont have any other symptoms. is it a different type of infection or is this just the beginning of a yeast infection and the other symptoms will probably come later? if so, id like to start on medicine as soon as i could so it goes away! please help!

Although im not a doctor its very possible that you could have vaginitis, which requires antibiotics i believe. Make sure you when you urinate that you wipe down, NOT UP. infections are spread so easily that way. shower every day, and make sure you don't wear silky underwear or nylon/polyester very much they don't allow you're vag to breathe. Cotton is the best thing you can wear. go to the doc if it doesn't go away, some infections clear up on their own. hope i helped

do you clean alot while you take shower. sometimes laying in the tub after you sould wash more everyday. and or maybe wearing same old underwears. check your underwears if they have spots on them don't wear same underwears tha hase spots it make it worst. even if it clean.
sometimes too much hair. sould shave lot. too. hope that helps. all i can think of
