need to lose wieght..but foods too addicting Posted Wednesday May 10 2006, 9:38 pm
lol i think food is addicting and i cant stop i mean im not huge but i am fat. i need some way that i can lose wieght without going to a gym or buying stuff for wieght lose .. i need something i can do at home and if any of you have any advice on how to eat less? without starving.. i mean i go on "diets" but i always cheat myself and sneak snacks . no one knows but i always do that and its like im enemies with myself and i hate it but i really need to lose alot of weight i mean alot and its really hard.

hey i was wondering what are some different excersizing things that help you loose weight too? see i can't run for at least a month because i have really bad shin splints and the doctor said to not do excersizes that would put pressure on my shins. ex: riding a bike. but i really don't want to ride my bike if at all possible, but i want to keep doing a good excersize and i dont' mean just like sit ups and stuff. what is something i can do while they have taken my running away!!??? plz!

How do you loose weight in your butt & thighs & calves? What foods do I cut back on?
and also my thighs are kind of big, but thats just because they're very muscular, (I've played soccer since I was six & play on lots of teams..).
Is there any way to lose muscle without quitting soccer?

If i ran on the tredmill 20 minutes everyday how much weight would I loose? I wanna loose like 15-20 lbs before the summer, so by like june. Do you think its possable. What else can i do to help?

I have a question about my stomach muscles. I have been working well on my abs, doing regular crunchies and sit-ups, etc. But the area right below my bellybutton and to the left and right of it push out more(If I look at myself in the mirror sideways). What are some ways I can reduce this so I have a flatter stomach all the way through? I'm a freshman in highschool and I work out 4-5 days a week, running atlesat 1-2 miles a day. Thanks!

I'm really skinny, except I have a big stomach. When I wear tight shirts like Abercrombie shirts, it hangs out. & Also my hips are really huge and I think I'm a little too wide.
What could I do to get a flat stomache besides a good diet, crunches, and situps. And what can I do to make my hips/waist smaller?

Basically think of an upside down triangle [the point is on the bottom] and thats what my body looks like.
Why is it that im like 50 pounds over weight.. i way about 160.. and yet i wear a size 5 pants and people say i look like i weigh 130 pounds? i know that i should take that as a compliment but it makes me feel worse about my weight and makes me more self concious.
so what im wondering is why are my hips very small and yet i have a stomach and broad shoulders? even though i do about 85 pushups, and run daily, and is there a way to make my stomach smaller?
im sorry this is very confusing

im a 15/f and kinda a chunk monkey and i want to begin running b/c i played lacrosse this year n ran out of breathe pretty quick. so i was wondering what would be the best way to build up my endurance and lose weight quickly so by fall ill b able to play field hockey and keep up w/ the other girls?

hey, im a pretty small girl lets say about 90 pounds. im 13 and by no means am i anorexic or bulimic. everything on my bbody is fine and proportionate with my body size .. expept my thighs. my lowe legs are fine its just that when you go half way up my thigh the bottom part is fine and the top is huge. its mostly on my inner thighs at the top half but its a little on my outer too. if there anything that i can do to reduce the flabb there?
