hey i was wondering what are some different excersizing things that help you loose weight too? see i can't run for at least a month because i have really bad shin splints and the doctor said to not do excersizes that would put pressure on my shins. ex: riding a bike. but i really don't want to ride my bike if at all possible, but i want to keep doing a good excersize and i dont' mean just like sit ups and stuff. what is something i can do while they have taken my running away!!??? plz!
