hey, im a pretty small girl lets say about 90 pounds. im 13 and by no means am i anorexic or bulimic. everything on my bbody is fine and proportionate with my body size .. expept my thighs. my lowe legs are fine its just that when you go half way up my thigh the bottom part is fine and the top is huge. its mostly on my inner thighs at the top half but its a little on my outer too. if there anything that i can do to reduce the flabb there?

Losing inner thigh "flab" is about one of the hardest things to get rid of. For example, my boyfriend eats extremely healthy food and has been a cross country runner for at least a few years, and he just this year lost all of that inner thigh.... and that's with miles and miles of running almost every week. I would say you pretty much just have to run a lot since you begin to drop weight everywhere when you do, but don't expect quick results.
