I'm really skinny, except I have a big stomach. When I wear tight shirts like Abercrombie shirts, it hangs out. & Also my hips are really huge and I think I'm a little too wide.
What could I do to get a flat stomache besides a good diet, crunches, and situps. And what can I do to make my hips/waist smaller?

itsz_JESS answered Sunday May 7 2006, 11:49 am: whenever i usually do crunches, they dont work as well for me so what i do is cut out the sugary foods and the junk foods. i also walk around alot like sometimes i would walk home from school with a friend. you could also eat healthier foods like a lot more fruits and vegetables ..good luck!
