Hey, I was just wondering, I walked 2 miles today, at a normal pace, could i have lost a pound from doing that?

you need to eat healthy and exercise daily and regulary then you will lose weight i hieghy doubt that you lost anything but get on a skale

you might have. it just depends on wut your body thinks. but don't go on a calorie diet. my friend did that, and it turned out really bad! just go at your own pace. but if you exerzice make sure you eat healthy and drink a lot of water. :)

You need to cut 3500 calories to loose a pound. There is no way that exercising for one day will do that, unless you loose water weight from dehydration (but that is a terrible idea). You need the water in your body, you want to get rid of the fat. You must excerise consistantly everyday and cut calories to do that.

depending on how much exercise you normally get you could or couldn't have. if you get a good amount of exercise and are healthy you most likely did not. if you were walking a little faster it would have helped you lose more, as well.

No, it's very difficult to lose a pound a day by just walking two miles. You probably lost 150 calories. A pound is 3,500 calories.
