sporty_chic answered Wednesday May 10 2006, 8:34 pm: you might have. it just depends on wut your body thinks. but don't go on a calorie diet. my friend did that, and it turned out really bad! just go at your own pace. but if you exerzice make sure you eat healthy and drink a lot of water. :) [ sporty_chic's advice column | Ask sporty_chic A Question ]
Tulipg17 answered Wednesday May 10 2006, 8:58 am: You need to cut 3500 calories to loose a pound. There is no way that exercising for one day will do that, unless you loose water weight from dehydration (but that is a terrible idea). You need the water in your body, you want to get rid of the fat. You must excerise consistantly everyday and cut calories to do that. [ Tulipg17's advice column | Ask Tulipg17 A Question ]
celinaedine answered Tuesday May 9 2006, 9:35 pm: depending on how much exercise you normally get you could or couldn't have. if you get a good amount of exercise and are healthy you most likely did not. if you were walking a little faster it would have helped you lose more, as well.
