Your goal in not only unrealistic but unhealthy. It is healthy to loose maybe 2 lbs/week through diet and exercise. Exercise each day for an hour (you said you would do anything, right?) NO junk food or fast food and LOTS of fruits and Vegetables. Cheack out weight watchers, they are the best diet plan out there.

Ok.
I have some tips that you might help.
What I do is, run around your neighborhood a few times. Or if you arn't used to running, jog.
Do 50 crunches.
50 leg ups.
Than do jumping jacks (suggest on the bottom floor of your house because it annoys the heck outta my mom when I do it upstairs)
than for your arms, use like 30 pound weights and work on ur arms, lifting them.
For eating, don't eat candy, chips, or stuff that cotains a lot of sugar, fat, and grease. Not only does it not help with loosing weight, it also causes a lot of acne.
If you do this a lot everyday than you can probably lose a lot of weight before the end of school.
Good luck and i hope it works out.

well, You could drink lots of water. It does help and eating right like eating fruits and stuff and running and stuff daily. If you do that for all the weeks till school is out, you'll lose some pounds. I promise. But if you want to still lose some during the summder, swimming is the best way to lose weight. I hoped I helped

LM answered Thursday May 4 2006, 7:58 pm:
I've found that simply exercising a few times a week (walking, cruches, pilates, low key stuff) and cutting junk food and sugar from your everyday diet work best. This way, you're not totally depriving yourself of something you like (like cookies or soda), you're just cutting back a bit.

And once you start an exercide regimen (even if it's only 20 minutes a few times a week!) you'll start to see results. Also remember, doing SOMETHING is better than nothing.

Above all, believe in yourself. If you convince yourself that you'll lose the weight, it'll be gone sooner than you think. Trust me, it WILL work. =]

Message me if you need anymore specific ideas or just need some moral support!
good luck!
