well, You could drink lots of water. It does help and eating right like eating fruits and stuff and running and stuff daily. If you do that for all the weeks till school is out, you'll lose some pounds. I promise. But if you want to still lose some during the summder, swimming is the best way to lose weight. I hoped I helped

Ok this is serious and I'm really scared. Please answer this truthfully. So today I was with my boyfriend of over a year at his house. He was fingering me and then he stuck his penis inside of me...without a condom. = ( I didn't realize that it was his penis. I quickly got it out, less than a minute. Then he went and got a condom and he put it in there for about five minutes tops. Woah woah woah, calm it down some. You have a right to be sacard. 1st off if your bf is 13 or 14 too then he had no right to be fingerin u or stickin his penis in you or asking you if he could. And you need to go with a freind and get a test to see if your are pregnant. And before you do that. TELL YOU PARENTS RIGHT AWAY! They'll be able to help you by letting you see a doctor to see if you are going to have a baby. But if you don't want to see a doctor still TELL YOR PARENTS! You'll be able to tell that you pregnant about a month or so. I really hoped i helped. Oh one more thing. Break up with ur bf. He, and you too, are to young to of had sex!

I'm 13, 5 foot 9 and 166 pounds [All my weight is on my stomach].
I was wondering how much weight I could lose in a week if, every night I do 300 crunches, then on Tue. and Thurs. morning I swim and do about a 20 min dryland[Ab work, push-ups,jumping jacks, etc.]
Then on Monday Wensday and Friday I go in the morning and do weights for an hour.
But I also will swim for 2 hours every day in the afternoon plus more drylands and running[When we run, we run about a mile and a half] and such. I swim on a team so the swimming is hard swimming, not just laps.
But my question again is if I did that for a week, how much weight do you think I could lose at most. My goal is 7-10 pounds.

I'm really sure that you'll need to do it longer ot lose 7-10 pounds...but maybe like 2 or 3 or 1...Instead of pushing yourself like that. Start off easy so you won't hurt yourself and then make it more and more as you go. And if you really wanna lose weight. Do what you said you wwould do up there and eat really really heathly and then drink as much water as you can ( it works. Did you know hunger could be dehidration? And I think I spelled that wrong but you know what I mean right?) anyway..hoped I helped

Ok it all started when i was in 5th grade. There was this kid a year older then me and he was really cute!!! he went to my school and he imed me and i said hey!! and we were talkin then i started to talk to him and one day he must have gotten annoyed by me or something and so we stopped talkin to eachother. then like a few months later everytime he seen me he'd like always look at me and stuff. and i was in a school play and i was putting on my shoes and in the corner of my eye he was looking like right at me but he tries not to make it obvious. my mom is always saying im ugly. last sunday for church, i let my hair dry into natural curl/waves and she said it was ugly and i should brush it (badddd idea) and wear some makeup because my face looked "bad". i didnt wear earrings & she always says i look bad when i dont wear them. when i do wear makeup for other occasions she says i look like a prostitute. i dont know what to do anymore! i cant always be best dressed and miss cheerful like she was when she was my age. shes always telling me how thin she was and how everyone liked her figure just to rub it in my face that i have no womanly shape. my dad says i look ok because he sees what it does to my self esteem. everytime i get the slightest blemish, shes the first to point it out. i hate it! someone please help me! any advice will help! ill rate 5s... O.K. My boyfriend cheated on me like... 3 weeks ago. I forgave him, as long as he never did it again. It was pretty hard trusting him again after that, but I did. After I had THOUGHT I had gained nothing but love and respect for him again... he CHEATED ON ME AGAIN with my sister! I know it's pretty weird but I don't trust EITHER one of them. How can get over the fact that my OWN sister could do that to me? I miss my boyfriend but I have been hurt enough and don't NEED him in my life. I love my sister but what she did was wrong and I have still not forgiven her.
I can't believe this could ACTUALLY happen to me! I'm so depressed all the time and I have lost hope in ever finding the right guy again! I really thought he was the one for me. He was so right for me, so perfect and then, BOOM! He's sleeping with my sister! I don't know what to do! I'm so confused. I'm so depressed that I'm throwing up and crying non-stop. It's really sad for me. My sister keeps telling me she's sorry but I still have not forgiven her. I haven't even talked to her! Please help! I have these friends of mine. They were my best friends. Even though we go to different schools, I still spend lots of time with them. I really loved them, no matter what happened between us. Some people said that I was so stupid that I trusted them so bad that I have never thought bad things about them.
Few days ago, one of my friends came to me and told me that all of my friends were talking bad things about me. I did not trust him, of course, cause I believed that my friends would not do such a thing to me.
Then, when I checked my e-mail, I found a message for me. It was all bad things about me. It was from my friends. I was so shock that I spend my time crying with my boyfriend. My boyfriend, which was my closest best friend too, told me that even though my friends hated me, he would stay with me. But actually, his words did not calm me down. I still worried about my friends. I did not hate them, and I would never do, but I could not forget what they said about me. Now, I'm avoided and hated by my friends. And they avoid my boyfriend in their school too!! I really don't know what to do... Please help me!!!

don't worry this happened to me before (a lil diffrent but oh well) look what they did was low ok like some of the people said make them think that didn't make you sad and ask them why they did that cuase rumors (Those things must die) maybe did that like somone told them that you said blah but if they say that that they don't like you remind them everything you have done for them and leave maybe 1 of them will get a brain and find out what they did was wrong

For a musical I am doing with a lot of dancing, I need to wear character heels. My parents are "opposed" for some reason against my character heels because they think it's a health problem for me, even though the heel is only one inch and the whole thing is built for dancing in. I am throwing my best friend a surprise party. She's a girl, 16. I already sent out the invitatations to all of her girlfriends, but I can't decide if I should invite boys or not. She is not friends with very many guys, and the 3 or 4 she is friends with may not even all be friends with each other (I don't really know all of them well). I don't know if I should invite them or not, because they aren't even people she hangs out with outside of school, and I don't know if it would be awkward for them to be there. However, I think that the party should have boys, I mean we are 16 years old. What should I do? (link)
