Make sure you're breathing through your diaphragm, your shoulders shouldn't move as you inhale or exhale. Then, do four head tones (Make your voice as high as you can go and just yell out in a Hoo type thing four times...sorry this is really hard to explain by typing), and then run through a couple of scales or what you're going to sing. Preserve your voice for about two days before your audition, don't drink anything with caffiene in it, and don't yell or whisper. All of these are horrible for your voice. Drink lots of water. Good luck! Hope this helps!

meetmeenparis answered Thursday August 4 2005, 5:06 am: Well, first of all, you need to start singing the typical do re mi fa so la ti do... that really helps, do that about 100 times, then start singing some really widely ranged christina aguilera songs... bam, then you are ready.
