I use freewebs.com personally, but I heard geocities.com also works. I could never figure geocities.com out. Freewebs.com is your best bet. Definitely.

yes, infact I just recently opened one of my own. go to www.bravenet.com and scroll down to the bottom of the page. click the free button, and create an account. dont worry, you dont have to give anything but your email. just follow the instructions, and it creates a website for you!

Freewebs.com is a good one. =) They allow you up to 20 pages and 50 uploaded files. And once you're all finished with your webpage, if you're not happy about having your name at the very end, you can go to (I believe the URL is) freedomain.co.nr? Feel free to message me if that's not right. Anyways, hope I helped!
