I have a question about my stomach muscles. I have been working well on my abs, doing regular crunchies and sit-ups, etc. But the area right below my bellybutton and to the left and right of it push out more(If I look at myself in the mirror sideways). What are some ways I can reduce this so I have a flatter stomach all the way through? I'm a freshman in highschool and I work out 4-5 days a week, running atlesat 1-2 miles a day. Thanks!
DefinedEyes answered Monday May 8 2006, 8:20 pm: Well sometimes if you do ab workouts incorrectly it can push the stomache muscles out and cause them to buldge, so be careful.
