im pretty, skinny and not overweight at all. but when i put on a bathing suit, my stomache bulges out and i have a lot of stomache fat. i need a flat stomach if i want to go to the beach and stuff. what are some exersizes to do besides situps/crunches and i need intructions on how to do them. and i already eat healthy, so i only need help with excersizing right. thanks. :)

Ok I'm a 13 year old girl and im about 5'3. I weigh probably around 110 pounds. I know this is not fat, but sometimes i really feel like i am. But it's not really my stomach that borhters me, its more my thighs. There just so, big. One of my best guy friends is having a hugee pool party in about 4 weeks and i really want to look good because there will be about 80 people from my grade (7th)((including the guy i like!)) and about 80 people from the 6th grade (not that i try to impress them..) Is there any weigh i can lose weight off only my thighs? I'll rate high for anyone that helps. I really need this! Thanks so so much!

I'm a 16 year old female. I've never had problems with acne on my face but ever since I was about 13, I've had embarrassing acne on my chest and back. I've tried everything (ProActive, Acne-Free, all kinds of prescription creams and pills, etc) and the only thing that's ever worked was tanning on a tanning bed. I'm not sure why that works but after going a couple of days, my skin was totally clear.
Anyways, now, my parents don't want me to tan and I don't know what to do because I can't wear a bathing suit or any kind of revealing clothing at all because the acne is so obvious.
So is there any obscure, rarely heard of kind of treatment that I would be able to use to cure this acne? What is it that made sitting ...

I've started a new ab workout and I'm seeing GREAT results. (Its the ab workout on page 76 of the June 2006 Issue of Seventeen) I was wondering, what type of cardio should I do to burn off the fat to better reveal my new ab muscles.
I can't go running due to safety issues in my neighborhood, and my parents won't buy me a workout video or a membership to a gym.

well i want to lose weight im doing other things but i want to swim to b/c i heard thats the best way to tone your body. well does anyone know how many calories you could burn swimming for 1 hour?
and if i just like walked around the pool for like 30 minutes as a warmup would that help me legs too because its putting resistance on them?

ok well im 13/f im 5'1 and i weight 132 i want to weight 120 can you tell me everything i need to do like tell me every exercise and for how long i need to do them and all the stuff i need too eat and how much,,, and can you tell me what the exercises/food will do and how long it will take me to lose weight.. do ya no what i mean? well belive me i rate 5s no matter what!

Hi I just bought this Cross Crunch thing from Wal mart... You guys might've have seen it on TV too because its one of this thing "as seen on TV" item.
Has anybody used it before and does it really work? From what I read, they said doing 12 reps on each side(using 75) its just like doing 100 crunches on the floor..
I have just got it so I dont know if its working so anybody have feedback on it?

Ok so i have been doing push ups latley and i can tell that i am wokring my upper abbs but i still have like a tiny belly at the loser part of my stomach.. Does anybody know what i could do to get abbs and make it look nice?

Hi, I am recently 15 years old and have been suddenly feeling selfconcious about my body. I am about 5'6'' 5'7'' ish and i weigh 130 pounds or so. Is this considered over weight? I exercise constantly (cheer practice, running, abs, etc) but im still terrified to get cellulite ( back of my thigh area) Is there any way to prevent cellulite? and is it true once you have it you cant get rid of it? also what are some exercises that slim up you abs(under belly button) and the back off your thighs. (right under your butt) any answers are appreciated =)
p.s. i am in no way anorexic/belimic just for the record.

ok. i'm 15 years old, 5'4" and 97 pounds. i know this probably sounds like a lot but i really feel unconfortable and i would like to get my weight down to about 89 pounds (thats what i was last summer).. however if my mom notices me not eating then she'll flip so i have to be kind of discreet about it. i also don't want to have to starve myself or anything... i run about 25 miles per week and i don't think i can do much more exrecise though i`ll try if that will make a difference. i'd like to reach my goal my mid-july. thanks :)

Hi I'm 15/f
and I weigh 148 lbs, and i am around 5'7''
and I want to go down to 130 lbs, and I know its not easy because I used to be over 170 lbs but I exercised through out all year, losing some, gaining back some, then losing some more.
But since its summer again, (because i started exercising last summer), I want to try to see if I can lose 10 pounds, or maybe 8 pounds before school starts again.
This is my plan...
eat all three meals, but dont have anything that isnt meal. as in No junk food whatsoever, no soda, no nothing. Maybe except for fruits and veggies, on occasion.
and get up early in the morning, around 6:30 to do these 2 abs exercises i got from Sevent...
