summers coming

so summer is coming up and I have that little stomach bludge that people get and i hate it so much bc i am really self concious. what are some things i can do to get rid of that?

start doing those stomach crunches. And as a side note, sugar almost always collects in pounds at your stomach area. So limit your soda(even diet) intake and sugary snacks

do crunches, walk or run for a mile or two and eat healthy and cut out the junk foods and unhealthy foods that will make you fat

Cut down on sugery and junk food. Carbs aren't the problem, in fact you should aim for a high fiber diet of lots of fruits and vegetables and whole grains. Exercise using aerobic excersises(walking, swiming, jogging) to reduce overall fat and anaerobic (crunches) to increase muscle tone in your abs.

I've got two things for you:

First- cut the carbs because carbs really make your tummy bulge.
Second-exercise. Do at least 30-40 sit-ups or leg raises every morning and night.
