abs ok so i need a quick effective work out that will get my abs looking a little better in a short amount of time! thx

I just started a new ab routine that I found on page 76 of the JUNE ISSUE of SEVENTEEN magazine [ With Emmy Rossum on the cover ] Yeah, well it takes about 10 minutes total to do all the ab exercises it gives you. They garuntee results in 10 days.
On the first night I starte this (I've been at it for 3 days) I could already see the verticle lines on the right and left sides of my abs, thats how good they are! The exercises really lenthen and tone your muscles, and I can feel that they are getting very very strong.
This workout is like my savior! I hope it works gerat for you too! ]
Just look at them in 3-D ]
i do 100 curl-ups every night.
then i do those things were you lay down on your back then lift your feet up about like 2-3 inches off the ground and hold them there for a minute. (i dont know exactly what they're called sorry)
these workouts may seem a little hard at first (well they were hard for me at first) but if you keep practicing you'll get it!

Buy a copy of Seventeen or Cosmogirl. They have the best workouts and you always start seeing results in 2-4 weeks. I was on vacation and I started doing them, my friends said I actually lost weight while I was gone. ]
Ok HeRe Is HoW u do it. Lay on YoUr back. PuT yOur Hands unDer your butt and lift your legs straight in the air. Make some one behind you push your legs down, but don't let them touch the ground then start all over again! ]
