tasuki answered Saturday May 27 2006, 2:28 pm: Jogging, in my experience, but you shouldn't rely on it. Running and jogging will burn fat, but won't tone the muscles. You might end up with flabby skin. The best thing is walking because you burn fat AND tone your muscles at the same time. Ideally, though, you should do a blend of several exercise types. I do walking, weightlifting and yoga, and I want to get into martial arts. Don't rely on just one thing, and of course, eat healthy. [ tasuki's advice column | Ask tasuki A Question ]
