Biking. I think u bern about 300 to 600 calories every ten minutes

No matter what kind of distance you do for any cardio exercise its generally 100 calories per mile. Focus on decreasing the time it takes u to complete the exercise over the distance. ]
Jogging, in my experience, but you shouldn't rely on it. Running and jogging will burn fat, but won't tone the muscles. You might end up with flabby skin. The best thing is walking because you burn fat AND tone your muscles at the same time. Ideally, though, you should do a blend of several exercise types. I do walking, weightlifting and yoga, and I want to get into martial arts. Don't rely on just one thing, and of course, eat healthy. ]
