loosing weight ok. i'm 15 years old, 5'4" and 97 pounds. i know this probably sounds like a lot but i really feel unconfortable and i would like to get my weight down to about 89 pounds (thats what i was last summer).. however if my mom notices me not eating then she'll flip so i have to be kind of discreet about it. i also don't want to have to starve myself or anything... i run about 25 miles per week and i don't think i can do much more exrecise though i`ll try if that will make a difference. i'd like to reach my goal my mid-july. thanks :)

you are DEFINETLY not fat. i acutally think you are underweight because i am 14 years old, 5'4" and i weigh 115 pounds. but if you really want to lose weight, you have to eat a healthy meal. so that means you cant eat any fatty foods, junk foods, fried foods, and ice cream and all that. you can also try to eat smaller meals and if you run about 25 miles per week.. i think that would help you lose weight. but you really shouldnt! your so skinny! ]
i'm sorry but i can't answer your question. it's good you don't want to starve yourself but i would like to give you a tip. if your mom, family member, friend, etc etc. notices how skinny you get, they will probably want you to get help. if you have annorexia er are bulimic, you'll have to go into a hospital & they actually make you gain your average weight you're suppose to be, plus 10 lbs extra. it's okay to be around 110 lbs when you're 5'4, but 89 lbs is almost impossible, especially if you want to be healthy. what you're doing is enough, obviously if you only weigh 97 lbs. really, if you're doing it for yourself, someone else, i don't know, but you can't go any less. you don't want to gain all that weight back by being forced to. sorry i couldn't answer your question, but i've seen people go through it & it juss isn't worth it.

I have the same problem except I'm 5'2 & 109. First off, this may not be what you want to hear, but you shouldn't worry about how much you weigh. Muscle weighs more than fat. I don't think you should starve yourself because that's just ruining your body. Try eating healthier & excercising. You could be the skinniest person but in the worst of health. Sorry if this wasn't what you were expecting.

try doing like 50 crunches a day. also, EAT;; just eat healthy! you're not going to get anywhere by not eating! PLEASE EAT! try 100 calorie packs and low cal. foods like that. it will help. = ] ]
Your actually too skinny. Normal/healthy weight for 5'4 is about 115-120 lbs. I suggest gaining weight instead of losing it...if you were 89 lbs you would probably die! Go to a doctor for information about gaining weight...eat a lot...food is good! ]
First off wow you definitaly dont need to lose weight. This may sound wierd but you actually need to gain some. And the 25 miles is wayy to much for someone your age,weight, and size. And NEVER NEVER NEVER starve yourself. Starving yourself only makes your metabolism slow down and then you want be able to lose weight it would be alot harder. Your perfectly fine how you are. I know you dont want to hear this but its the truth. If you want to lose weight then eat what you want just smaller portions of it and drinks lots of water. As for the exercising you got it but slow down some thats alot of miles in a week. Thats a 100 miles a month thats wayyy to much. Good luck ]
