Ab workout Check.

Question Posted Saturday May 27 2006, 1:35 pm

I've started a new ab workout and I'm seeing GREAT results. (Its the ab workout on page 76 of the June 2006 Issue of Seventeen) I was wondering, what type of cardio should I do to burn off the fat to better reveal my new ab muscles.

I can't go running due to safety issues in my neighborhood, and my parents won't buy me a workout video or a membership to a gym.

If you can't go running, try swimming or dancing. Those are great ways to shed the pounds. Also, you can always walk up and down your stairs. They're your own personal stair master. Or, you can always jump rope. Hope this helps.
