Hey y'all. Well, let me give you some background information. I recently got accepted into Cal State Long Beach in CA. And I got into their EOP program. For you people who don't know what EOP is it's: Each EOP student is assigned to a counselor who is a guide through the ins and outs of academic life. EOP can refer you to the University Learning Center (ULC) for tutoring. The ULC employs a staff of student tutors in every major subject area to help you improve your performance in class. I've never had a real boyfriend nor have I had my first kiss yet. I'm a really attractive, smart girl, and I'm not weird. I just haven't been given the opportunity. I've tried twice to create opportunities for myself to get a boyfriend, but it never worked out. It is not my first priority, so I never really TRIED to get a boyfriend.
However, I was recently talking to someone, and she explained that I cannot be afraid of getting hurt. It's better to get hurt sooner rather than later, and it's really changed my point of view. I know and criticize girls for acting stupidly and thinking that a guy likes her when he doesn't, but they're just blinded. I thought that I could learn from their mistakes, but...

i lost my song writing talent, breakup

i broke up with my boyfriend of two years about five weeks ago. writing, especially songwriting was my life. we even did music together and recorded it and stuff. but i havent written anything since we brokeup. i really want to but it reminds me of him it just hurts, plus i dont know where to start its like my gift has been totally flushed away for good. even my notebooks of songs vanished. what can i do??

my boyfriend of nearly two years was a total ass to me ever since i got mad at him when he cheated on me so i eventually broke up with him. its ben over a month and i should be getting better by now.. i was totally over him and fully better i even went on two dates, until i listened to a song my ex did guitar and sang for on recording which i wrote the lyrics, so i broke and cried so hard. i havent written any music since we broke up maybe five weeks ago, which writing was everything to me along with painting. he even still has my three best paintings at his house im to akward about it to ask for them back..
how can i get over him better? i know the usual stuff but what else could i do??

Right now I use garnier fructis and sometimes herbal essences lines of shampoos and conditioners. I pay about $3-4 a bottle for them, and I was just wondering if anyone uses the really expensive salon brands of shampoos and conditioners (that cost like ~$20 a bottle) notices a big difference between the cheap and expensive shampoos/conditioners?
I have wavy hair and i usually just scrunch it a little to give it a tousled look. Do the expensive brands (like maybe bedhead?) make your hair shinier or less frizzy than the cheap brands? Thanks.

thinking about getting a tattoo but I am scared of the stretching after pregnancy

Okay I am a female and i was recently thinking about getting a tattoo. I wanted to get a pelvic tattoo but I am scared of the streching after pregnancy. I want a tattoo in that general area but i want to be careful in what i get, I know that some tattoos will look worse than others if they do stretch so are there any idea on what i could get? If not is there any place around that area that i can get a tattoo without having to worry about streatchin after a pregnancy?

Boyfriend in college SO far away

So im in a long distance relationship.
my boyfriend goes to school about 350 miles away.
now, you know how the smallest things matter in a long distance relationship?
when we video chat, he actually ignores me. hes a car fanatic, so hes on his stupid car websites seaching stuff for his stupid car. watching youtube videos of his car, he talks to his roommate (who is in the room 24/7) about cars.

moving to georgia

so my step dad works for NCR. long story short, im moving to GA. not sure when or anything but my house gets put up for sale late next month. well this may be my last summer where i live (which i have lived my whole life) and i want to mmake it the most memorable summer ever. I dont drink, or have sex or anything like that, im not looking to get into trouble, just some fun. with moving comes other problems, i told my dad that i feel like i should move to GA and i want to reinvent myself there. im not really sure how. i love the 1920's, love converse and live in jeans. but at my school now i kind of just am average, i dont really talk that much unless someone else talks back. is there something i can do to make myself stand out?

Last Tuesday my boyfriend of a year and 2 months broke up with me. But, the day after he spoke to me and said how depressed he has been all day and he only wants a break for a while. I agreed with this - but this has got to be the most hardest thing I've ever gone through, he doesn't even know if we will get back together or not. One of the reasons why he did this is because I never show how happy he makes me an I'm just always sad when I'm around him.
