thinking about getting a tattoo but I am scared of the stretching after pregnancy

Question Posted Sunday March 28 2010, 1:15 pm

Okay I am a female and i was recently thinking about getting a tattoo. I wanted to get a pelvic tattoo but I am scared of the streching after pregnancy. I want a tattoo in that general area but i want to be careful in what i get, I know that some tattoos will look worse than others if they do stretch so are there any idea on what i could get? If not is there any place around that area that i can get a tattoo without having to worry about streatchin after a pregnancy?

The best thing to do is go directly to a tattoo parlor and ask the artists there about tattoos in that area and if pregnancy will adversely affect them.

They will know based on what you tell them you want done whether it's a good choice for that area and the amount of pain, aftercare etc. Just call a shop even and see what they tell you over the phone. That's the best way to know.
