Tanning with pale skin?

I have very pale skin, but this summer I'd like to try and get a tan. I heard that if it is done gradually, even pale people can tan.
How long should I stay out for each day in order to get a gradual tan?
What SPF should I use to protect against sun damage?
If all else fails, What are some good tinted moisturizers that will give me a fake gradual tan?

Tampons.

Ok, so i'm 15 and I just started my period about 4 months ago? lately i've been using pads because i'm waaaaay to scared to use a tampon.
But, pads are really starting to get on my nerves i'm constantly having to check to make sure I didn't bleed through, and they're really uncomfortable I feel like i'm a diaper.
soo here's my question, i've never had sex and i'm really tight so will putting in a tampon hurt for me?

okay sorry about the misleading title but i really need help!!
i am a junior in highschool and im on the girls varsity lacrosse team. every year we have a tradition called senior night, where each junior gets her own senior and they get like 3 sentimental and funny gifts. for example last year one of the girls was obsessed with lost so they got her an autographed picture of him. well since im a junior i get my own senior.

Okay, so I lovee to write so im writing a novel. I really need ideas because I'm having some serious writers block. It's about a teenage girl named Addison who is told in the beginning by her father that they're moving. They are currently living in a small town, greensboro north carolina and she loves it there. she was born and raised there and she considers no other place home. about a year ago i moved back in with my mom in her housing complex, she ended up getting into some legal trouble involving a dwi and drugs and now she is getting kicked out of her apartment because of it, she doesn't work a normal job and says that she can't because of "mental issues" she says that she is bipolar and who knows maybe she is but i think she uses things as an excuse to not change her life a lot. right now we live in a 1 bedroom apartment, i sleep in the living room which is also connected to the living room and she has this guy that she sees on and off again over all the time. i have this rash that is covering my whole body its called pityriasis rosea. i have been to the docyor and they said to take benadryl but that just makes me sleepy. is there any thing else i can do so kill the rash and make it go away.

Learning contemporary dancing.

I've always enjoyed dancing but I've only done ballet when I was about 6. (I'm 18 now).
Through high school I wanted to get into hip hop but I'm a chubby girl and was just far too self concious. Near the end of school I wanted to do contemporary but once again, far too self concious.
I'm not going to take it up professionally or anything like that, but is it normal for 18 year olds to start getting into dancing? I just feel so self concious because I'm still a chubby girl and I don't want to embarrass myself in front of people who know what they're doing.
Do dance classes like when older people start as beginners?

I dont understand why men find foreign women, like asian, latin, or easter european women better wives? Is it truly because they are submissive, and men like that? I always thought that for men, a strong, independent woman that can take care of herself is most attractive so why is it that so many men say that they want to marry women from foreign countries because they are better wives, and dont nag you, and cook and clean and take care of children, etc etc. Honestly I am from Eastern Europe, and Ive lived in the US for 9 years and I adopted some of the ideals of equality from here, but my boyfriend still says that he loves me because I am not like those american girls that are egotistical and feminist. Hey I was just wondering if anyone knows of any good tanning lotions that don't turn you orange or leave streaks. Preferably that aren't really expensive and are available at Walgreens or Walmart, something like that. I've tried some product by Jergens but it pretty much sucks. x) Thanks.

I love my boyfriend and we have unprotected sex all the time. Hes ready for, and wants children but we are not married yet, and I am completely not ready to have kids right now. I want to finish college first. So every time we have sex, he never finishes inside of me because I don't want him to. I should be on birth control but I do not have insurance right now and cannot afford it! nausea at night

im 19. for the past 3 or 4 nights i've been extremely nauseous and i don't understand why. im not pregnant, i haven't changed my diet, and i feel fine during the day but when im about ready for bed at night i just start to feel SO sick, to the point that the smell of food makes me want to puke and im in the fetal position with stomach queasiness. i'm started birth control last month [tri-sprintec] and am on the 2nd week of my 2nd pack, but i didn't experience any symptoms like this last month so i didn't think they'd start now. any idea of what this could be or what i could do? i'm a college student & don't have health insurance, so i can't really afford a doctor.

this is completely random but why is it when you search directions on google maps the time to get there always changes. you will put the same addresses in and everything but each time i come up with a different time, its always a few minutes off but still shouldnt it be the same?

AP world history, SAT subject test

I took the A.P World History course this year. I am taking the A.P exam may 13th, and i was wondering if it would be a good idea to take the SAT subject test in world history? I definitely want to take multiple SAT subject tests and send my 2 best ones into colleges, and i want to know past experiences and advice. Have you taken both exams? Is one easier than the other? So I like this boy, and he told me that he's taking AP Physics next year and that's really the main reason that inspired me to take it. Am I insane for doing this? I mean, I AM smart and highly motivated...Is this a "good" thing that I've done? I mean isn't it possible that a crush can inspire you to work harder and improve yourself in life? Boyfriend feels unappreciated :(

I'm 18 years old and I've been dating my boyfriend for ten months.
We got in a really big fight today, smoothed everything over, but he said something that kind of stuck with me.
He told me that he doesn't feel appreciated by me and that everything good he does for me goes unnoticed. I do have to agree with him a little on that, sometimes I do take him for granted. Sometimes I'm just really stressed or distracted and I get mad about little things.
It hurts me that he thinks that, though. It makes me feel like I've been a bad girlfriend to him.
I guess I'm asking advice, primarily towards males, on what I can do to show him how much I really do love him.
