Can anything be done about this?

There's this store that my mom always goes to. And I would describe my mom as a kids but not really; she asks so many questions and stuff that some people may get really annoyed, but it's part of the job right?
So at this store there's a make up section and she wanted to return stuff and the usual lady that works there didn't allow her to and my mom said that she didn't use any of it and the lady called my mother a LIAR and she seems pretty bothered by it and now I'm bothered by it. So in the end SHE apologized saying that she'll keep it and left! Unbelievable that she got..abused? and apologized!
Can there be something done about the lady or is it freedom...of speech? I just think that that's rude and while lo...

Guy at Work

I work at a grocery store and this guy there always bags for me. The first night I worked with him, he bagged for me most of the night, which is rare. Now, every time we work together, he leaves someone else's register to come bag for me. Also, if I have a bagger, he'll come to the register behind me and like stare at me. I kind of like him and would like to get to know him, but I'm worried that I am misreading these signals. What do you think?

Can't click desktop icons

I'm trying to fix a problem with a friend's computer and I'm a little stuck.
Whenever he closes Internet Explorer he is unable to click on the desktop. Both right and left click are affected. Everything works fine at first. Even after he opens Internet Explorer he can still interact with items on the desktop. The problem only seems to occur after he closes it, at which point the cursor turns into an hourglass like it's loading something. This lasts for about half a second, then the problem occurs. He can still get to the start menu. Only the desktop is affected. Internet Explorer seems to be the only program that causes this problem, other programs close without any problems.
He's running Windows 7 64 b...

Muscle enhancing pills?

I take birth control so it's harder for my body it gain muscle. I'm not fat but I'm just not happy with my love handles. I've been eating healthier and have been exercising but my love handles don't seem to tighten up. Is there anything I can take to tighten my muscles like Quicktrim or something like that?

issue with my husband watching porn

Hello i have a big issue with my husband watching porn. I feel like im not good enough for him. He promised me up and down that he hasnt watched it since the last time i told him how much i disliked it. I recently just found out that he's been watching it this whole time and now i feel like i cant believe him. He's in the army and he wont be home for 3 months. I know its not a big deal to alot of people but for me it is and promises mean alot to us. I'm just so devastated that he lied to me.. What should i do?

Pregnancy

I went to the gynecologist and took a pregnancy test, However I had sex the day before I took the test...I was wondering if I took a pee test if it would still give the accurate answer? Or would the results take longer than just a day..? (She told me it was negative) Today is the 4th of May and I still haven't got my period yet but the doctor also told me it could be because I am overweight...but the thing that concerns me is I never ever had an issue with my period being delayed except for one time and that is when I had birth control removed.

Photography Scholarship

There's a photography scholarship which requires me to create or tell a story through 8 different pictures. I'm not sure what to do, any suggestions? I was thinking about doing something that has to do with peace.

So some dick sold me a verizon phone that was probably stolen. It's activated on someone elses account..All the contacts are erased and i can't deactivate it because i dont know the account information. What do I do with it?

I have looked around the internet for answers to this question, WHY am I afraid of caterpillars, and HOW do I conquer my phobia?
All I have found is stupid little girls saying "eeew they are so gross! how do i get over my fear?" Well, first thing, I don't think they are "Gross" or "Icky" I think they are absolutely horrifying. And I mean it. They scare the heck out of me, not gross me out or disgust me, but they terrify me. I can't look at a picture of one without having that mini-heart attack and feeling dizzy. Flirting with female friends?

I'm a 15-year-old bisexual girl. I am naturally a flirt, but I find myself unsure of flirting with my female friends. All of my close friends know I'm bi, but it's not common knowledge in school (though if anyone asks, I'll tell them). I know my close friends could care less whether I flirt with them or not (or at least pretend not to care) but with girls I don't know as well, I don't want to make them feel uncomfortable. However, most teen girls jokingly flirt with each other A LOT. If they think I'm straight, they wouldn't have a problem with it. However, I feel this might be decieving. Is it wrong to flirt with girls if they don't know I'm bi?

Hi, 15, female, like it matters. I'm doing a giant 180 point project on Nikita Khrushchev. He was a Soviet Politician during the Cold War, he worked with Stalin and was also the first secretary of chief executive officer of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. Now, to top of my project, I need a slogan,it has to be catchy, I prefer it to rhyme but I understand his name is impossible to pair a rhyming word with. I just need help. staph infection

I've been getting staph infections a few times over the past 6 months, Once on my leg, then another one popped up around my butt... then after those went down, I got another one on my stomach a couple months later... I have horrible scarring. I have two purple dots on my legs, then a purple dot on my stomach... it's just gross looking and it makes me self-concious...
But anyways... I have another one.. that I just got... on the side of my lip... and now I'm really starting to get nervous about the scarring. I need to figure out where the staph is coming from, it's probably living around my room somewhere, but in the meantime I'm worried about how I'm going to get this scar to go away once the welt goes down. I know I'm going...

I'm 19/f and I live in Miami, Florida. I am a college student. At school and such, I do get some attention. I don't mean to sound arrogant or anything, but I was a model and I try to take good care of myself (workout every day, i always try to look descently dressed, made up). But, it seems like I'm having a lot of trouble meeting people that I would like to date. I go to a big school and I'm sure there are some cute guys, I just can't find them!! I can get into some clubs here, but that's not exactly the crowd I want to hang around and would definately not go there by myself! The night clubs here are not exactly like others. So my best friend Laura has been getting really really close with her boyfriend lately. So close, that unfortunately I feel like she's been shutting me out. =(
