When you call you should get a SPECIFIC list of things they test for during the "normal" STD test. Ask them if you can "add" things to the list that you specify. A lot of times they don't usually test for things like herpes unless you specifically request it.
Then, if they sound reasonable, call back when a complete list of things you want to be tested for. Talk with the receptionist about setting up an appointment and go from there with your specifics.
