I take birth control so it's harder for my body it gain muscle. I'm not fat but I'm just not happy with my love handles. I've been eating healthier and have been exercising but my love handles don't seem to tighten up. Is there anything I can take to tighten my muscles like Quicktrim or something like that?

Katlyn answered Thursday May 13 2010, 4:12 pm: To tighten up those love handles your going to need to focus on exercising more i mean eating right is important to but so is exercising i suggest running for 30-60 minutes or doing side lunges or sit ups or im not sure what this exercise is called but ive heard it really helps its wear you twist your waist/hips side to side. Anyways all these things will help you tighten them up theres no need to try any company branded things they never seem to work anyway and i know you dont want to lose pounds but you might have to so you can tighten those love handles but you can always gain it back after i guess if you want minus the love handles. Good luck :D [ Katlyn's advice column | Ask Katlyn A Question ]

I wouldn't go with Quicktrim they are just another one of them things that want your money. [ OhMyLucyDarling's advice column | Ask OhMyLucyDarling A Question ]
