Ok. I dont know why, but My abbs are all deformed looking. Well, I guess I shouldn't say "abbs" It is more like, my almost flat stomach. I dont have a problem with the upper part of my stomach its just the part below my stomach that looks "poochy." Does anyone have any ideas about what kind of exersizes to do or how I can get rid of this?

how do u lose 20 or 15 in about a month? is that possible? could you do it without everyone making a big fuss over it? i am 110 and about 5'1 and dont say im skinny and i dont need to lose weight beacause i look REALLY fat even thought i am just a little bit. so i would like to lose about 20 or 15 pounds before school starts. or at least not look as fat as i do now. cause i know im not that fat but i have friends that are the same weight and hieght as me and they are skinnier...MUCH skinnier. anybody have ANY ideas? ill take them all! thanks in advance!!!!
btw i am 13 years young and i am a female.

if i run for a half hour to fourty-five minutes everyday for a month how much do u think it is possible to lose? i am 5'6 and 126 lbs. the doctor said its normal, but i just want to tone up my thighs and drop a few pounds. thanks!

This is embarassing for me but.. im 13 years old(14 in like 3 months)and i weigh like around 160 pounds. I know im really over weight and i hate it. I play sports too so its not like i just sit around the house all day. I play softball almost all year round and i do cheerleading. All my friends are tiny. I guess you could say that im just built big because i got my period around 3 years ago and i wear a c cup right now. I dont want to be as little as them. My mom used to be big so i know i got it from her but she lost a lot of weight and she weighs like 130 right now. I just wanna have a flat tummy, a littler butt, and littler thighs. I want a fun way to do it though. Any suggestions? PLEASE HELP!!!

ive been doing a lot of ab excersises lately
so i think the muscle is getting bigger but that layer of fat is not so my stomach is getting bigger...anyone know how to just make my stomach as flat as possible?

lately ive been drinking a lot of extra water for some reason and started doing some abdominal excersises but now my stomach is a lot bigger then it usually is
arent those excersises supposed to make your stomach smaller?

I'm not fat or anything, but how do I wanna get a good abs and arm muscles? What workout would you require, and I would prefer natural workouts like push ups and sit ups to gym workouts,SO can anyone tell me which workout and how long I should do it?
Currently I am doing 50 pushups and 50 sit ups a day and finishing with 100 rope skips. Can you comment on my workout or give me other workout tips?thanks lots

Well, I have been googling a lot lately about diet & excersize & have found that the "key" to good & faster weight loss is to eat 5 to 6 small meals a day. Now, I have to work, of course & I have kids & they are in activities. So, my question is...since most people don't have the time to eat like that, what can I replace those meals with so that I am still getting the same affect? Can I replace the meals with protien shakes & stuff like that? Thanks.

Hey Everyone..
I'm 5`3 almost 5`4, and I only weigh about 92 pounds, I know that's kinda skinny, but my worst problem is that I have almost NO butt. Does anyone know of any kind of food or exercises that will help it grow a little. By the way, I'm only 13, so I'm not expecting to have some kind of ghetto booty, but all my jeans look kind of baggy in the back, even when I buy kinny double zero jeans.

Okay, my older brother and little brother are really into break dancing and hip hop dancing. Because both of them are kinda...mean about it, i want to prove that i can dance to...the only problem is, i can't.
So, i was wondering, if there are any really good, but kinda cheap hip hop dvd's or vhs videos that i can buy that can teach me the basics of dancing. I understand that its really hard to learn, and i wont be able to learn alot from a movie, but i really want to at least get down the basics, so if my bro teaches me, i wont feel like a fool...
I know its stupid to try to learn somthing, just because people arn't to nice to you about it, but i really do want to learn!
So please help me!

I was thinking about using hydroxycut , my boyfriend who is 17 & never used it told me that it makes you not hungry. & then i told him that it's basically like starving yourself then, and he said no, and then he said something else. I'm only 15 & i'm 5'0, 130 pounds. The problems i have on my body is my stomach , sides, waist, and thighs. I would like to lose weight in those areas before august 13 ... so my questions are...
does it work?
& if so will i get good results by august 13th?
Is it basically like starving yourself?
Can i walk by sweets and not crave them?
& if i get it what food should i eat?
