ok well today i just got the ab lounge 2 i want to no if it really works and if it does should i do it 10 minutes a day? or what

Orpheus answered Thursday August 3 2006, 11:54 am: The Ab Lounge might "work" in that it might help you to tone and strengthen your abdominals, but it is not a realistic measure for weight loss and getting that lean stomach that everyone seems to want. You should start slow and do it for as long as you are comfortable, then wait a day or two to see how sore it makes you and increase or decrease your workout intensity from there. To see results you are going to have to do cardio also. (swimming, walking, running, biking,jump rope) Also, make sure youa re not eating junk, because that will just replace everything you lost.
