You should want to gain weight.
You seem pretty skinny to me. Don't lose anymore, you won't look good, I swear. When I was 4'11 & like 94 pounds, nobody thought I looked good. They thought I looked anerex (sp, i know) & like a 4th grader. I now weigh 105 I'm 5'1. & everyone thinks I have a great body. So yeah, don't lose any. If you do seriously think, that you need to lose some, then just take a walk every day, & drink alot of water. your parents are going to realize it no matter what. summerGIRL_xo answered Saturday August 5 2006, 3:03 pm: okay, first of all - loosing 7 pounds in five days is not possible, healthily. if you loose 7 pounds in five days, chances are you'll gain all of it (or more) back quickly. plus, if you could, it'd just be like, water weight, NOT fat. also you're weight is absolutely fine and normal and you don't need to loose weight. but if you insist, watch what you eat. limit carbs (don't eliminate them) & increase protein (which will keep you fuller for longer.) eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full. don't eat much junk. exersize for an hour or more each day. eat fruits, vegetables, and protein. But honestly, there really isn't a way to loose 7 pounds in five days...unless you don't eat. And THAT is stupid. You should start exercising really hard.
