Lower abbs

Question Posted Sunday August 6 2006, 12:24 pm

13/f

Ok. I dont know why, but My abbs are all deformed looking. Well, I guess I shouldn't say "abbs" It is more like, my almost flat stomach. I dont have a problem with the upper part of my stomach its just the part below my stomach that looks "poochy." Does anyone have any ideas about what kind of exersizes to do or how I can get rid of this?

Thanks

just do crunches, and a bit of running. anything that will stretch the lower half of your body should show results.
