I'm not fat or anything, but how do I wanna get a good abs and arm muscles? What workout would you require, and I would prefer natural workouts like push ups and sit ups to gym workouts,SO can anyone tell me which workout and how long I should do it?
Currently I am doing 50 pushups and 50 sit ups a day and finishing with 100 rope skips. Can you comment on my workout or give me other workout tips?thanks lots
Helpful answered Friday August 4 2006, 5:19 pm: The gym is a good place to work out, but if you don't like that, you can do a few of these:
Crunches that isolate abs: Lay on your back with your feet up on a chair so that it looks like a 90 degree angle. When you do crunches, only go up about 45 degrees.
Run up and down the stairs! This is great for quads and calves.
Push up variations: do sets of push ups in different ways to work different parts of the arm. Like, do wide push ups, normal ones, and push ups where your hands are touching and form a daimond.
You should do a few things to help your endurance, like running and riding a bike. Good luck! [ Helpful's advice column | Ask Helpful A Question ]
