I'm not fat or anything, but how do I wanna get a good abs and arm muscles? What workout would you require, and I would prefer natural workouts like push ups and sit ups to gym workouts,SO can anyone tell me which workout and how long I should do it?

Currently I am doing 50 pushups and 50 sit ups a day and finishing with 100 rope skips. Can you comment on my workout or give me other workout tips?thanks lots (link)
the key in getting your body in shape is to "confuse" it. make up at least 4 diffrent routines one for each day that would include a workout for diffrent parts of the body. make up smart ones, for instance don't do any really hard exercises in one day and then really easy ones on the next. this is what i did and i gotta tell you my body is boosting and by the way i don't go to the gym at all.


for some reason whenever i am in school i sweat alot under my arms even when it is cold out. i put deoderante on (duh, im not that dumb) but it still doesnt do anything expect the fact that i dont smell. I think it might be a nerve thing but i was just wondering if there is any product or deoderante just for like wetness (link)
i had the same problem, what you have to do is to use as little of your deodorate as possible or don't use it at all for 2-3 days. what i think is happenig is that your deodotarate is "leaking" since you're putting to much of it and it doesn't have (as i'm guessing) that much sweat to fight with. i use Gillet tripple action it works great, but again put as little of it as possible.
