i want to try out for my high school soccer team in august. so, how many miles a day would i have to run if i do make it?
Well i would say it all depends on what your coach likes. Our highschool coach likes a person with tons of stamina and can sprint for 30 seconds or so then stop and jog and barley be gasping. As i am going into my sophomore year and going to be starting varsity midfielder i run cross country before soccer season and they make u run 3-10 miles a day and that is really great because then youre prepped and ready. But if you dont want to do that and your in decent shap i'd run 3 miles for 5 days
then take the weekend off
then 4 miles the next 5 days
then take that weekend off
then the next week run 3 miles for 2 days. 4 miles for 2 days. then 5 miles the last day.
and just mix it up.
but if u want a constant excersice to be the same daily. just run 3 miles and do some sprints or something like that.

My best friend f/16 told me she cut her wrist yesterday and I started crying.
She came over and showed me, it's a diagonal cross on her left wrist about 3 finger widths down from the start of her wrist on the left hand side. The cross is only about 1cm long and it isn't very deep. How come she didn't die? Is it because she didn't lose much blood or because she didn't cut deep enough or didn't cut the vein?
I don't want her to do it again. And I just want to know why she didn't die?

I'm being straight forward right here. It doesnt matter why she DIDNT die. The matter is why YOU didnt tell someone. You have to tell someone right now. If she keeps doing it she will die and you'll know you knew and that wont be good. You'll end up doing it yourself. So for her good, and your good. Tell someone

i've been molested, as a child. it happened often and i've tried so hard to block it out but now i feel like it defines me. nobody knows, i can't say anything nobody will believe me. everybody will hate me. he ruined me. i picture how my life would be if it never happened, the way i am now is horrible. i make so many mistakes just trying to make myself feel better but nothing works. i dont know what to do, i cant talk to anybody. im 16, this happened the summer going into 5th grade then into the year.
nothing makes it go away i don't know what to do i want to die so badly.

I dont know how well a person can really answer this for another person either.
And esspecially me because im a guy. I just saw the question on the heading and thought of my sister. It happend to her and i feel horrible for her. She has overcome it by great family support and doing many activities like plays,dancing, and singing. Accounta you're sixteen if you have your license i would try and keep myself busy with simple activites like maybe meeting friends somewhere or going on a walk or something like that. I'm sure you can do this. If you ever need me right away i have my aim on my column. So just go get it. My msn is the same sn.
