HyperMickiHAhe answered Thursday August 3 2006, 11:44 pm: no certain foods or anything make you grow, or stop growing. my brother stopped growing at age 21, but my friends brother stopped at age 17 so i guess it depends on how old you were when you started growing a lot. it also depends on your family. if they are typically tall, then you may still grow. if you are adopted and dont know your parents, then im not sure... i dont think you are. hope i helped!
AskAndy answered Thursday August 3 2006, 11:40 pm: guys stop growing at about 18, but it depends when you started puberty. there is no way to get taller. no food or exersizes will make you taller. getting surgically streched is the only way and its extremely painfull and it takes a year to heal. if you go to google and type in something about how to get taller you might get something but its most likely a waste of cash.
