Remember:
Hydrate yourself before, during, and after.
Ride, or even run, for at least 20 minutes 4-5 times a week.
Fat turns to muscle. You will gain a lot of muscle. So, chances are, you will tone those legs and lose a bit of weight (appearance wise) but not much scale wise since muscle weighs more than fat. [ truthonfire's advice column | Ask truthonfire A Question ]

karlyndarlin05 answered Friday August 4 2006, 5:26 pm: hey. not only biking on the hardest setting but you can try it on a lower setting and going for longer, it will help you work out your legs for longer, which will get them more toned.
Also I do a lot of jump training...it helps you to jump higher but it keeps my legs toned. Just do little jumps. 100-200 a day is a good number to start. Nothing big...just short little jumps over and over. And try just jumping with your legs, try not to use your arms.
Keosha answered Friday August 4 2006, 5:09 pm: Yes. But also you should try the stair master and also ride the bike a lot...everyday. Diet has a lot to do with this too so change up your diet. Squats do help..I would do about 2 sets of 20 every night or every morning.
Good Luck
