The excersises on your abs will make your muscles bigger. To make your stomach smaller, you have to do ab excercises AND cardio. (cardio: running, walking, swimming, jump rope all for a minimal 30 min.)

Normally when you excersice u actually gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat. When you do crunches you only push your fat outwards, because your body builds your muscles under neath your fat. You can get rid off your fat bye dieting and by still excercising. I hope i helped.

Sincerelly,

you're just bloating from the water. if youre not used to drinking a lot of water, thats gonna happen for a little while. but after your body gets used to that change, you're stomach will start to get smaller. bc of the fact that the water will fill you up and you wont be hungry as much, and if you keep doin the excercises, youll be fine. jus be patient while your body gets used to it, then youll definitely notice some shrinkage! =]

It's water weight. Don't drink as much water.
