lately ive been drinking a lot of extra water for some reason and started doing some abdominal excersises but now my stomach is a lot bigger then it usually is
arent those excersises supposed to make your stomach smaller?
Ms_Cleo answered Friday August 4 2006, 10:58 pm: Normally when you excersice u actually gain weight because muscle weighs more than fat. When you do crunches you only push your fat outwards, because your body builds your muscles under neath your fat. You can get rid off your fat bye dieting and by still excercising. I hope i helped.
bitterxsweet answered Friday August 4 2006, 10:03 pm: you're just bloating from the water. if youre not used to drinking a lot of water, thats gonna happen for a little while. but after your body gets used to that change, you're stomach will start to get smaller. bc of the fact that the water will fill you up and you wont be hungry as much, and if you keep doin the excercises, youll be fine. jus be patient while your body gets used to it, then youll definitely notice some shrinkage! =] [ bitterxsweet's advice column | Ask bitterxsweet A Question ]
