Aside from that though, regular exercise (with lots of water) and eating healthy is VERY important. My sisters doctor told her she needed to exercise and eat healthy and it would lessen dramatically. bitterxsweet answered Friday August 4 2006, 10:05 pm: sounds like Hyperhidrosis [sp?]. your sweat glands just produce more sweat. nothing really to worry about. but Certain Dri works really well for that. its an anti persperant & its only like $4 from Target, Walmart, etc. [ bitterxsweet's advice column | Ask bitterxsweet A Question ]
xoIDOLox answered Friday August 4 2006, 9:53 pm: Try an anti-perspirant deoderant. That will help you stop sweating [as much] AND block the stench. Also, you sweat more if you don't shower often enough. Make sure you use that rubber ducky daily =] [ xoIDOLox's advice column | Ask xoIDOLox A Question ]
not_your_star34 answered Friday August 4 2006, 9:24 pm: I know some people who had this problem, and they used a brand called Certain Dri. They loved it! It's available at Target, Walgreens, and stores like that. It's not too expensive, either. I think you put it on every night before bed, but I haven't used it, so I'm not sure.
courtxrawr answered Friday August 4 2006, 7:17 pm: I answered previous questions on underarm sweating earlier.
Instead she wanted to get the shot, but I suggested something called Maxim.
Now I'm not quite sure if Maxim is a cream or spray. But either way, it reduces amount of under arm sweating! Its only $13.95. Which is quite good if you ask me.
